About the team�

The role will be a combination of team lead activities, day to day support and project work, with a strong focus on Business As Usual (BAU) activities. This will involve liaison at all levels within Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) and various Business Communities.

What you will be doing:

• Install and maintain up- to-date Operational System software, patch levels, firmware, drivers and related program products
• Proficient in infrastructure architecture of large-scale, automated environments
• Responsible for participating in the architecture design of the solution then executing the strategy set by architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and change.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis while working in a diverse technology environment

What you bring

• Relevant experience of 2+ years
• Monitor software applications, systems and hardware in a computer processing environment.
• identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner to meet service levels and standards for the job.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.
• Decision making ability within specified parameters as well as independent and collaborative decision-making skills.
• Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships across the organization.
• Demonstrate Excellent communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills
• Solid business acumen and an awareness of business implications of decisions

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
